I build systems that analyse hundreds of millions of messages a day, and AI tools that help the people around me work faster.
Senior software engineer at Infobip in Zagreb, working on fraud prevention, high-performance systems and AI. I studied computer science at FER.
About me
I like hard problems where you can measure the result: making a system ten times faster, or making an LLM cheap enough to run on hundreds of millions of messages a day.
At the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER), I studied computer science: first software engineering and mathematics, then deep learning, computer vision and generative AI. I started at Infobip while still a student, spent a year teaching at FER, and came back to Infobip full-time when I finished my master's.
Croatian is my native language, and my English is at a full professional level.
There's nothing more enjoyable than standing in front of a whiteboard with smart people and brainstorming solutions to a problem.
Off the clock
Puzzles
Finding the angle that makes a hard problem easy.
Mathematics
Discrete maths and graph theory are my favourites.
Building
A builder by nature. Ideas that stick get made.
Reading
Mostly to learn something new. See Books.
Piano
Practising slowly until the hard bar isn't hard.
Gym
Same idea, different muscles.
About the colours: green is my favourite, and the blue-purple is blueberries, my favourite fruit.
